PEST ELIMINATION GUARANTEE

The A&C Exterminating Corp. has developed a pest elimination system in which we are so confident that we guarantee the results:

A Pest Free Environment For Every Facility

• If the customer should be fined by a government agency due to the failure of A&C Exterminating to remove a live infestation of rats, mice or cockroaches, A&C will reimburse the customer for the amount of the fine.
• Should an infestation of rats, mice or roaches be found on the customer’s property, A&C Exterminating Corp. will provide service free of charge to the customer to eliminate said infestation.
• Should A&C Exterminating Corp. fail to arrive to an appointment, for reasons other than an act of God or labor disputes, without providing 24 hour notification that service will be rescheduled at no charge to the customer.
• This guarantee shall become effective ninety days from the initial service date provided the customer’s bill is current and all obligations set forth in the pest elimination agreement have been fulfilled.
